Domain, security and integrations
Technical guide
The minimum technical contract for publishing, connecting providers, protecting data and keeping a verifiable exit.
- This guide is for
- Technical provider, IT, data protection and operations
- Expected outcome
- Every dependency has an owner, environment, credential, test and rollback procedure.
Domain, DNS and publishing
Publishing starts with known ownership and ends with a tested rollback.
- 1.1
Record owner, provider, access, current DNS records and change window.
- 1.2
Reduce TTL where appropriate and validate certificates, email and routes before switching traffic.
- 1.3
Keep the previous configuration and an explicit rollback criterion.
Data, security and GDPR
Architecture should reflect agreed purpose, access, retention and deletion.
- 2.1
Map data, systems, processors, locations and export flows.
- 2.2
Separate environments and secrets; apply least privilege, logging and rotation.
- 2.3
Define backups, restoration, incidents and deletion with owners and tests.
Integrations and payments
A connection is real only when provider, scope and failure have been tested.
- 3.1
Document API, environment, credentials, limits, retries and idempotency.
- 3.2
For payments, agree provider, webhooks, reconciliation, refunds and disputes.
- 3.3
Label as demonstrative or planned any connection that has not been implemented.
Support, handover and exit
Continuity needs documentation another person can operate, not only the builder.
- 4.1
Hand over architecture, domains, accounts, dependencies, monitoring and agreed runbooks.
- 4.2
Test support and recovery with a realistic case before acceptance.
- 4.3
Agree export, access revocation, deletion and verification on termination.
Working rule
The restaurant owns business decisions and approvals. Logic2B owns only the implementation and service explicitly agreed in the proposal.
