Configuration, data and adoption
Management guide
What to prepare to migrate operations, validate rules and hand over a sustainable way of working.
- This guide is for
- Bookings, operations and administration leads
- Expected outcome
- Implementation starts from reviewed data, named owners and visible acceptance criteria.
Inventory and migration
Migration is not copying everything: it means deciding which data still has value and who validates it.
- 1.1
Inventory future bookings, guests, tables, spaces, shifts, menus and active rules.
- 1.2
Agree format, cut-off date, deduplication and historical-data treatment.
- 1.3
Validate a sample and final counts before accepting the migration.
Data and GDPR in operations
The restaurant defines purpose and authorised people; Logic2B implements the agreed scope.
- 2.1
Document which data is collected, why, for how long and who accesses it.
- 2.2
Avoid unnecessary free-form notes and restrict allergies or other sensitive information.
- 2.3
Define correction, deletion, export and incident handling with your own advice where appropriate.
Validation and handover
Go-live should close operational questions, not open them during the first service.
- 3.1
Test bookings, groups, blocks, roles, exports and the support channel.
- 3.2
Name restaurant owners for content, rules and user onboarding or offboarding.
- 3.3
Accept scope, limits, known issues and rollback plan in writing.
Working rule
The restaurant owns business decisions and approvals. Logic2B owns only the implementation and service explicitly agreed in the proposal.
